Bedroom: 1,80x2,00 m-double bed with small bedside tables and a closet with an iron and an ironing board. There are also 2 folding beds for 3 and 4 persons. These beds are allready prepaired with bed lines. It is possible to roll them in the living room.

Great location! Only 20 metres from the U Guntzelstrasse! Two stops to Kurfürstendamm, in 3 stops (3-4 min) you are already by Zoologischer Garten! There are many transport lines in different directions there. It takes 20 minutes to Alexander Platz or Unter den Linden, 15 minutes to the Reichstag or Potsdamer PLatz, 3 minutes to Wittenberg Platz. From Güntzelstraße there are only 2 stops up to the ring. There are different stores in the closeness: Plus - 200 m, bio-market - approx. 300 m, small shopping centre in 5 min, patrol station in 300 m., bakeries just round the corner. Fitness, swimming pool and sauna in 1 min., thermo-aqua-massage in 3 min.,etc.
