This short-term shared accommodation is situated in an apartment on the 1st floor of a summerhouse. The apartment has a freshly renovated hard wood floor on which you can walk barefoot. The well chosen mixture of furniture, colours and pictures will inspire you and support your rest.
On the large balcony you can lie in the sun, dine or smoke. The bedrooms are furnished with thick curtains that will allow you to sleep as long as you wish. If required, you can rent an underground parking place.
The bus stop is right in front of the building and bus number 123 will take you to the Central Station in 5 minutes. If you decide to walk it will take you 15 minutes to get there.
The historic Reichstag building, the Federal Chancellery, the Botanic Garden, the Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburg Gate and the Siegessäule are nearby.

Dennis 5.0 stars 12/05/2012Diese Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Hinterhauses, ist demnach sehr ruhig und mit Terrasse geeignet für Draussenfrühstücker und Raucher.
Die Wohnung hält, was es auf den Fotos verspricht. Man sieht, dass auf Sauberkeit in diesen Räumlichkeiten sehr viel Wert gelegt wird!
Die vielen Pflanzen in der Wohnung scheinen ein Markenzeichen für den Vermieter zu sein und kreieren eine wohnliche Stimmung. Man kann mit dem Bus direkt vor die Wohnung fahren oder sogar in ca. 15 sportlichen Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof marschieren.
Auf Anfrage ist auch im Nachbarhaus eine Tiefgarage für ihr Auto mit anmietbar.
WiFi Internet könnte dann noch den letzten Zweifler überzeugen.Herrlichen Aufenthalt wünscht
