This apartment has been just renewed to make it nice, comfortable and cute. It has 2 double bedrooms + sofa bed in living room, kitchen fully furnished and bathroom.

It also has a balcony were you can have breakfast. it is in a very nice and quiet area. it has a swiming pool share by the comunity only 5 neighbours.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk way to Santandria beach and you are less than 10 minutes to the best beaches of Menorca. (by Car) The sunset from the "Acantilado de santandria" see attached pictire is just poetry. You can see Mallorca from this point, which is less than 6 minutes walk way to the apartment.

You have the Ciutadella (2 kmts way) fresh market (mercat des peix) were you can find the best fish, meat of the island. Sourranding the fresh market we do recomend you any tapas restaurant were you can try specialities of the island at a very affordable prices. best time is after doing your grocery shopping at 13pm. (close at 13.30).
