Once you step outside you are in the middle of it all: little stores in the Jordaan district, street markets, excellent restaurants and unique local bars. Or just lay back with a glass of wine on the houseboat terrace and enjoy a romantic view on the impressive Noorderchurch, wave to the jealous tourist passing by on the canal boats or feed the ducks and swans from your terrace. You'll find a lovely place to just chill out. All Amsterdam’s sights like Anne Frank house or Westerchurch are within walking distance. Only 10 minutes walking from the central station and in walking distance to the Dam square, Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein. Really central for pretty much anything you might want to do but not too crowded with touristis.

It was definitely one of the most beautiful boats in the Prinsengracht and we had some nice ducks in the neighborhood :) everything was very well cleaned when we arrived. There were enough towels for all of us. Warm water and radiator worked well.
For those who want to arrive by car: it´s necessary to inform yourself about how to park your car, because the parking situation in the inner city is a bit difficult. But Antje helped us very well.
We highly recommend this boat! It´s surely the nicest houseboat in Amsterdam! -
Gunter 4.0 stars 05/11/2013Die Übernachtung auf einem Hausboot an sich ist schon besonders. Das Hausboot war sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Und mit Lage in der Prinsengracht unschlagbar zentral gelegen.
