    Sehr netter Service vor Ort. Allerdings war im Vorhinein kaum Kommunikation möglich. E-mails wurden nicht beantwortet, daher empfehle ich bei Fragen direkt in dem Büro in NY anzurufen.

    E-Mails wurden erst spät & nach Rückfrage beantwortet (allerdings entschuldigte sich der Gastgeber dafür). Abwicklung vor Ort verlief jedoch problemlos. Gepäck konnte vor Abreise im Büro untergestellt werden.

    Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung muss im Büro in der 23.Strasse abgeholt werden. Eine freundliche Dame hat uns dann zum Apartement begleitet und uns alles gezeigt.
    Alles in allem eine Problemlose Abwicklung.

Wer vom Hörensagen eine schlechte Meinung über die Bronx hat, der möchte seinen Aufenthalt hier verbringen! Die Nachbarschaft ist unglaublich freundlich, frisch gemischt und der nächste Deli-Mitarbeiter ist immer für einen guten Scherz auf Lager! Die Anbindung nach Manhattan ist gut! Ohne umzusteigen gelangt man zu allen wichtigen Stationen. Im Neighbourhood selbst hat man sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für das leibliche Wohl sorgen genug Restaurants! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber! Man hat die Möglichkeit, eine Küche zu benutzen. Auf der Etage gibt es drei weitere Gästezimmer. Ein multikultireller Abend mit Kennenlernen von Leuten aus aller Welt ist fast garantiert! Tägliche Reinigungen sind der Standard. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr sauber! Wer bei diesem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nun immer noch in's Hotel geht und keine Lust zu haben auf das Abenteuer "Living like a local", der verpasst eine Menge! Diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen!

everything was great! just 10 to 15 minutes and we were at times spuare! super nice hosts who were helpful with any problem. They gave really good tips and even prepared a "guide" with bus schedule, a little map etc... we enjoyed our stay there!

Es war persönlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Straße mit Baumbestand war sehr schön und es war ruhig. Gut zum Erholen nach einer langen Besichtigungstour in New York. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und die schnelle Erreichbarkeit der City waren sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
