You rent a room in a 3-room apartment, sharing kitchen and bathroom with the other rooms.

The apartment is only fifty meters away from the especially convenient transit center, with easy access to the Ring line and the U6 subway through the Wedding stop. In a matter of minutes, you can be anywhere in downtown, from Prenzlauer Berg, to Friedrichshain, to Kurfürstendamm or to the Messe (conference center).

The apartment is situated in a calm side street.

The rooms have hardwood floors and large windows. We guarantee our guests a stay in a neat room.

In the same building there is a second, identical apartment on the 1st floor. This enables us to welcome small groups up to 14 people at a price of only 15,- Euro per person.
