Totally redecorated in 2010, this Parisian apartment is situated in a very central and attractive area.

It is located in a small building on rue Mayet in the 6th arrondissement. It is a 10 minute walk to Montparnasse or the department store Le Bon Marche, founded by Aristide Boucicault and his wife in 1852. It is a stone throw away from Saint Germain des Prés and the prestigious cafes and trendy boutiques. There you will find all kinds of shopping, cafés, restaurants and also supermarket, bakeries, butchery, chemists and laundromat, and a nice open air market.

Also you can reach directly, by tube or bus, such famous places as Le Louvre, Opera, Tour Eiffel, Montmartre… By train, your can have a direct trip to Le Chateau de Versailles.
During the summer you will enjoy a rest in the nice and quiet courtyard far from the busy town.
The quiet and sunny apartment boasts lovely wooden floors, ceilings and beautiful large windows, all looking onto the lovely courtyard.
There is nice living room and the dining room can seat up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, micro-wave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and silverware, housewares and cooking utensils, dishes ... The bedroom has a queen size bed and you will find a spare bed in the living room.
