The district Friedenau is part of Schoeneberg and centrally located, to the city west it is 3 km. The many residential streets with their front gardens and many trees along the road give the area a peaceful character. The majority of the buildings are from the beginning of the 20th century, 185 objects are sites of historic interest and gives the typical air of Friedenau.

Durch die Beschreibung entstand der Eindruck, dass wir mit der Vermieterin zusammen in einer großen Wohnung wohnen würden. Tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine reine Ferienwohnung mit zwei Zimmern, die getrennt vermietet werden können. Glücklicherweise war das bei uns nicht der Fall
Es ist sehr hellhörig - aus der Nachbarnwohnung kann alles gehört werden.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume Küche + Bad waren oberflächlich geputzt, Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken, klebriges Kochgeschirr und ein fleckiger Fußboden im Bad.
Für 6 Nächte bekamen wir ein Handtuch pro Person.Die Wohnung war für das WE doppelt gebucht. Das erfuhren wir einen Tag vor unserer Anreise. Wir sagten sofort zu umzuziehen, wenn ein gleichwertiges Quartier zugesagt und gesucht wird. Die Vermieterin überließ dieses Problem Ihrem Vertreter, der uns eine gute Wohnung
vermittelte.
Den Umgang der Vermieterin mit diesem Problem fanden wir höchst unerfreulich. -

Generously spacious and bright in a gorgeous apartment which will make you feel relaxed and welcome immediately. Es gab eine Doppelbuchung und die Vermieterin zeigt sich wenig kooperativ. Daraufhin hielten wir es für notwendig die Notfallhotline von 9.flats.com anzurufen und taten dies auch.
