We spent 2 uncomfortable nights in this conveniently located but tiny flat. If we had realised how small and uncomfortable the flat is we would have looked elsewhere. However, what truly ruined our stay was the "air conditioning". While it works fine, the tube that is meant to expel the hot air hangs out of the window just over the window sill. The result is that most of the hot air simply blows back inside. This guaranteed us 2 sweltering nights. Rome has many good accommodation options. This is not one of them

Very nice house, very clean. you could cook there or make a coffee. No internet available, but we knew that from the beggining. The apartment is very close to metro station and vatican. i would stay there again! Mr. Massimo whas very helpful and friendly. We had a great time in Rome.
