It is located in a quiet narrow street off boulevard du Montparnasse in the 6th arrondissement. It is a 5 minute walk to Montparnasse or the department store Le Bon Marche. It is near Saint Germain des Prés and the prestigious cafes and trendy boutiques. There you will find all kinds of shopping, cafés, restaurants and also supermarket, bakeries, butchery, chemists and laundromat, and a nice open air market.
Also you can reach directly, by tube or bus, such famous places as Le Louvre, Opera, Tour Eiffel, Montmartre...
