I rent my beautiful, just related apartment in Berlin in the 7th floor.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need and in the summer you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, 6 meters wide, leafy balcony with fabulous views.
The romantic Christmas market at Gendarmenmarkt is only two minutes away on foot. The balcony can be the fireworks at the former Tempelhof Airport, enjoy unobstructed views. Or they run along the river Spree in twenty minutes to show at the Brandenburg Gate. The Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz can be reached with 3 stations with the obvious U2 or 15 minutes on foot. A large selection of restaurants and good bars also casts Nearby boredom. With tips for the evening or tips for things I am happy to assist you.

The apartment has an open kitchen with coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. The bathroom has a bath with rain shower and washing machine.
the large hall adjacent walk-in closet, as well as the living / sleeping / dining area where guests are invited to.
In the apartment, there is space for 2 people, after consultation, it may, however, also like to make 3 people comfortably.
Not far from the apartment is located at just 15 minutes walk to the Potsdamer Platz and Alexanderplatz. Just run 10 minutes walk, you will reach the popular Friedrichstrasse with its countless options of dining and shopping.

Grit 4.0 stars 01/03/2013Ich habe die Wohnung für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin gebucht und muss wirklich sagen, dass ich begeistert bin! Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war (trotz kleiner Probleme mit der Schlüsselübergabe) sehr angenehm. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist top! Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Checkpoint Charly oder Fernsehturm! Trotz anfänglichem Bedenken ist es in der Wohnung schön ruhig. Es sollte evtl. noch erwähnt werden, dass man einen kleinen, süssen Mitbewohner hat (ein Häschen), der ist allerdings ganz lieb. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke!

Manuela 4.0 stars 10/29/2012Das besondere zwar nicht an dieser Wohnung, aber an der die wir bezogen haben war: Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit allem was man so braucht! Sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen...keine Lärmbelästigung :-)

Sabine 5.0 stars 08/05/2012Sehr sauber, gepflegte und moderne Wohnung mit guter Lage zur U-Bahn. Des weiteren ist ein Supermarkt, Drogerie,Bar/ Cafe´ in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Das besondere: Die eigentliche Wohnung war sehr kurzfristig doch nicht mehr zu beziehen, aber sie hat auf extrem wenig Zeit eine andere Wohnung beschaffen können. Zwar nicht in Berlin Mitte....aber doch so, das wir eine schöne Umgebung hatten...und alles gut erreichen konnten!
