Maike 4.0 stars 03/08/2013Geschmackvoll eingerichtete, helle und großzügige Wohnung in einem hässlichen 70er Jahre Bau. Auf den ersten Blick auch sauber auf den zweiten der eine oder andere "Mangel" ;-) Die Lage ist einfach top wenn man nette, besondere Shops, Restaurants und Bars fussläufig haben will. Nur wenoige Meter zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Rosentahlerplatz. Super! Sehr netter unkomplizierter Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder!

Location is perfect - not too crwded, but walking distance from Alexandeplatz and only few meters from the U-Bahn station.
In reality the flat looks even better then on photos. Two big bedrooms are good, but the smaller one needs some more decoration.
Kitchen is fully equipped, TV and audio system in the living room - lots of space, nice place.)
