90m2 apartment located next to Sagrada Familia, just one block !!

The apartment is been completely renovated and furnished with comfortable and practical equipment for a nice stay.

The double bedroom has got two single beds and a small balcony that goes to the typical court from Eixample. The single rooms are both interior and very quiet. The living room is very luminous and has 3 comfortable sofas and also a dinning table for 6 people

One of the bathrooms has a shower and the other has a bathtub.
The kitchen and the laundry area are in the same room and fully equipped

You cannot be closer to Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s most popular construction !!

The area is very lively, whith a huge fresh food and vegetable markets next to the apartment, and plenty of small stores, typical from the barcelonian lifestyle.

You will find a very quiet pedestrian boulevard with a few cafes, and also a nice park in front of the sagrada familia.

The flat from Itziar is nice, all three bedroom were prepared vor us, and it´s very quiet. A metro station is near by. You have a nice bakery around the corner, a supermarket and a market where you can by some fruits, vegetables and fish - hings like that. Well it is not a tourist- hotspot so you can buy your stuff for regular prices.
Unfortunately the kitchen is not very prepared for cooking, there are missing some towels to clean the dishes, and no spices ( we had to buy it ), ans some other little things, that doesen´t fit. Anyway it is ok to have a little breakfast and snacks there.
All in all i would defininetely recommend this flat.
It was such a great Holiday, we all enjoyed it !

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, hatten zwar nur über Email Kontakt, aber bekamen super Infos, selbst an unseren Sohn (2) wurde gedacht und uns Veranstaltngstipps für Kinder geschickt. Außerdem stand ein Babybett parat. Vielen Dank an Philippe, er hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt, geholfen beim Schleppen vom Gepäck und uns zahlreiche Tip
ps gegeben. Gracias!!

Leider haben wir am Anreisetag zwei Stunden auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten müssen. Gebucht haben wir für 4 Personen die Betten waren nur für 3 Personen vorbereitet. Nach dem langem warten auf den Schlüssel hatte ich wenig Lust auf die Diskussion, ob die Buchung für 3 oder 4 Personen war. Zum Glück konnte ich das nachweisen. Anschliessend noch lange Wartezeit auf die Bettwäsche für das vierte Bett. Die Schlüsselabholung bei unserer Abreise funktionierte einwandfrei.

Der Kontakt war sehr nett , unkompliziert und verlief reibungslos.
Wir mußten nachts auschecken,das war überhaupt kein Problem.
