Lovely and modern 50m2 apartment in the very heart of Barcelona, to rent for large or short periods. It is perfect for a family or group of friends visiting this amazing city, 5 people maximum.
First floor apartment located in the Born district, one of the most historic and quiet center of Barcelona. It is next to Palau de la Musica, 10 minutes from Las Ramblas, plaza Cataluña and Ciudadela park and 10 minutes from the seaside. All around here there are a lots of supermarkets, opened until midnight, typical restaurants, public transports (bus and metro), bars and historical places.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, cooking-range, oven), living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with a very comfortable shower and a big bedroom with one double bed for 2 people and an additional mattress for one person.
The apartment is very quiet, overlooking a pedestrian street with a balcony in the bedroom and a window in the living room, is bright with high roofs, modern and fresh design, suitable for a relaxing and cool holiday.
