This apartment is on the first floor (elevator available).
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a double sofa bed and a single bed and a bedroom with a double sofa bed (convertible into twin beds) and a terrace. All rooms are en suite. It 'another bed available for groups of 11 persons.
If traveling with small children, are available, on request, a cot, a playpen and high chair (for children up to 15kg).
The apartment is equipped with washing machine and television set (TV only in Italian).
It measures about 90 square meters plus terrace (40 square meters).
It is not possible to check-in on the following dates: 24th, 25th, December 26th and January 1st and Easter Sunday.

The price includes the consumption of gas, electricity and linen service.
It is not included in the price the city tax, payable at check-in: 2 euros a day per person, does not apply to children under 10 years, for a maximum of 10 nights.
Security Deposit:
And 'A security deposit of 150 euros. The money will be refunded in full upon check out, after checking that no damage has been caused.
