¡Gentle traveler, welcome to Madrid!

The flat is right in the heart of LAVAPIÉS, the most bohemien area of Madrid with a popular atmosphere. If you're looking for a real Madrid vibe you should take the chance to stay here around.
We live since years in the district and we perfectly know every corner, every secret of this “barrio”.
It is a perfect stay! If you're into the cultural mood a lot of museums and galleries are a short walk from here.
Just to mention a few: Reina Sofia, Prado, Thyssen and Caixa Forum. They all will be waiting for you to overwhelm your arty soul. You won't be missing the opportunity to find the perfect vintage souvenir at the sunday fleamarket, the Rastro, a must-see in town. You' ll find yourself surrounded by a friendly multicultural neighbourhood, where you can find sunny terraces to taste international cuisine and tea bars but also a few cults of the tapas spanish offer and cool nightclubs.
Plus, you will be:
1 tube stop from Sol
2 stops from Gran Via.
And just remember: in Madrid is all about walking up and down the hills:) So just try to forget the metro and explore the town, you will be 15 minutes walking from any other cool spot in town: Huertas/Triball/Malasaña/Chueca.

After 10 minutes walking from the Atocha station or freshly jumped out of the Metro( line 3 or 1) in just one or two minutes by walk you'll reach the 40mq apartament, located in an antique typical spanish yard.
We offer you a comfortably-sized studio for one up to two guests with clean look and fresh and crafty decor.

Living area, open fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dressing room with closet, cozy double bed (2mx1,5m) in attic, reachable with wood stairs.

Note that the building has no elevator. 
But the flat is at the first floor so honestly is not that big deal!
