In a magnificent villa on top of a hill, overlooking the city of Erba and the nearby lakes, situated near other historic villas and the Licinium open air theatre (the only one in Italy dedicated to Shakespeare). The apt. of 200 sqm with eclectic furniture has 2 rooms, 1 bath, kitchen, big living room with veranda and a private garden with bersò and BBQ.
Through the tipical "Crotto" (a tunnel made in 1850 for the conservation of food and wines) you can access the 17000 sqm garden with pool, tennis, table tennis, bowling green, BBQ etc...
Erba is 60 min from Milano both via train or car.
Lake of Como Can Be Reached in 20-30 min Both on the Como, Bellagio and Lecco side. Other small lakes at 10 min drive. Small mountains with nice trails can be Reached by foot. High mountains up to 2000 Mt at 30 min drive. Nearest Ski Areas at 30 and 60 min drive, or at Bormio 2.5 Hours. 20 min drive to Villa D'Este Golf Club and Golf Club Brianza. Many horse riding seats at 10 mins drive. Baby friendly. Small pets welcome (we have dogs).
