Private spacious double room that includes mini living room, in house of 90 m2 inhabited by only 1 person (the host), third floor, 30 m2, in Frankfurter Tor (in the district Friedrichshain, Center-East Berlin, one of the most young and vibrant neighbourhoods of Berlin).

Bright, cozy, isolated from the noise, new furniture and vintage. Excellent transport connections that connect quickly with all the neighborhoods and places of Berlin: line U5 underground (only 4 stops from Alexanderplatz), line tram M10 (takes you to Prenzlauer Berg and Mauerpark in 10 minutes) just in front of the building, and train lines nearby S-bahn (15 minutes from transport to Zoologischer Garten, West of the city centre) + metro line U1 (you approaching Kreuzberg in 3 minutes) to just 10 minutes walk.

Also walking 10 minutes you reach the popular discos Berghain/Panorama Bar or Watergate. Internet, tv, kitchen. Two minutes walk from Simon-Dach-Strasse and Boxhagenerplatz, the area of bars and restaurants, "places to be" in Friedrichshain.
