A total of 70 square meters available that are equipped with living, dining and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom Eimsbütteler. The balcony is located to the east, goes out to the street and provides space for a barbecue and 2-4. Our decorating style is a mix of Ikea, Vintage and self-made. We live here very comfortably with two adults and a baby (the baby corner is placed in the bedroom).
The apartment is located in a side street close to the district center "Easter Road." Here are all the usual shops for daily needs, but also lots of big, small clothing, interiors and children's stores. The local gastronomy way you want it (the house is located as the popular "small pastry"). Lack of recreational opportunities as well: a small park at the end of the road (including playground), Hagenbeck and Hills are within walking distance, swimming pool and jogging track around the corner.

Malte 5.0 stars 02/25/2013Fakt ist, diese Wohnung ist voll cool, und sie hat teilweise sogar was von „Ilja Richter“ Retro- und DISCO-Style, eben nicht alltäglich. Und, ich war wirklich überrascht, als ich die Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung im angesagtem Stadtteil Hamburg Eimsbüttel gesehen hatte.
Auf den Fotos zur 70,0 qm² Wohnung lassen sich ihre Vorzüge wirklich erstklassig erkennen. Vom langen Flur mit auffrischenden Holzdielen aus kann man in jede Räumlichkeit gelangen.
Und das schönste, die „Kleine Konditorei“, eine in Hamburg weit bekannte Bäckerei befindet sich mehr als verlockend unterm Fenster gelegen. Nicht nur der Duft von frischen Franzbrötchen verlockt am frühen Morgen, aber lasst euch selber überraschen.
Unweit der Wohnung befindet sich ein Park mit Weiher und die bekannte Osterstrasse, dort lassen sich unzähligen Möglichkeiten zum shoppen-, Essen gehen usw. finden. Und Ruhe suchende Menschen werden hier richtig sein.
