The Chalgrin apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a former town house. Follow the guide into the luxurious hearth of the Chalgrin. Push open the front door of this fancy residence, pass through the entry way covered in marble, take the velvet-covered steps and climb up the two flights. Push open the door of the Chalgrin, a private staircase will allow you to access the large living room.

Kitchen Modern and convivial, the kitchen has a ravishing marble bar table that is entirely equipped in order to make you feel perfectly comfortable : dish washer, 5 burner stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, and all other kitchen necessities.
A nice meal area attached to kitchen that is coiled up in a curve (an area which was once a service staircase) that can fit up to 5 people!
Next to the kitchen, a small linen cupboard where the washing machine, the dry, the vacuum cleaner and all other cleaning necessities are stored.
Living room Luminous and luxurious, the living room has magnificent high ceilings, lit up with three skylights and 2 large bay windows. The dining room area has a large wooden bookshelf and table where you can fit up to 8 guests!
The living room has a relaxation area with a couch and Louis XVI arm chairs as well as an office area. The apartment is equipped with a TV, WIFI internet and a HIFI system.
Bedroom 1 The first bedroom has a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, a dresser, and private bathroom.
Bathroom 1 Spacious, it is equipped with 2 sinks with a mirror and an Italian shower.
Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk with 2 chairs.
