This high-end and ecological 29-square-metre studio space is situated in the most happening neighbourhood of Berlin - 'Kreuzkӧlln'. The space has been innovatively designed by two young Berlin-based architects using reclaimed wood and includes: kitchenette (with toaster, kettle, fridge and utensils); queen-size bed with all bedding, window desk area; 40- inch flat screen TV with cable channels; iPod dock; modern bathroom with walk-in shower; balcony with seating, and plenty of storage. The space also has WiFi. It sleeps two people comfortably but there is an extra bed for a third person.
The space is situated in the heart of the popular 'Reuterkiez' neighbourhood of 'Kreuzkӧlln' close to many great cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and galleries. A pretty leafy square with benches and table tennis tables is just a few minutes walk down the road. The most interesting and popular street for bars, Weserstrasse, is just around the corner. The canal is just a 5 minute walk away where you can take a stroll or sit on the banks and take in the sun.
