Friendly and reliable host. Emails were answered quickly, however Spanish recommended for phone calls (but it was somehow possible in English, too). Haven't met the host in person, check-in/out and handover of the keys was done by a young man.

The Host announced two days before our arrival that we can't get the appartmenet which we have booked. she mentioned the reason but it was that bad english that we didn't understand why. she offered us an other place, which was also bigger, for the same price nd sended us some photos. because of the short warning we didn't have any other choice than accept this offer. although the new place looked fine in the pictures it was a bad place to stay. situated next to a big avenue the noice of the traffic was just horrible. the host didn't appear herself: there was ayoung man, who brought us the keys and he couldn't speak englisc at all. For these reasons I can not reccomend the host at all.
