Elegant two bedroom apartment, recently build, located in the historic centre of Seville, one of the most important in Europe.

With 75m2, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, it has also a huge living-room with wooden floor. One of the features that will make your stay comfortable is the wood floor. The maximum occupancy is up to 5 or 6 people.

Situated in the centre of Seville, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of the capital. The famous area, barrio de Santa Cruz where you can admire the Cathedral and the Giralda is located only 10 min away.

Taking a stroll to the river is recommended, it is a very nice walk with many sights and monuments close by.

In this area, there is a great variety of bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy or even international, and maybe have some nice tapas.
