This is a translation by the host

This attic studio is located in a recently restored 19th century building.
It is fully furnished studio with air-conditioning that consist of one room with a double bed, a bathroom, a table with two chairs, a wardrobe, TV, microwaves, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kitchen utensils.

There is a roof terrace that is shared with one more studio, with a fantastic view of the Church of Macarena.

On the terrace there is outdoor furniture, barbecue, zink and a portable electric hob.

There is no kitchen in the studio, the kitchen is located on the roof terrace out in the open.

This location is excellent, you are right in the centre, in the famous Calle San Luis, next to the market in Calle Feria, and also it's very close to the Alameda de Hercules, where people meet for a beer.
All the monuments of the andalusian capital are within walking distance, about 15 min walk to la Giralda and the Cathedral, el Barrio de Santa Cruz, etc...

La casa está en un barrio obrero alejado del centro de Sevilla pero en 10-15 minutos en coche estás en Triana. Todo muy limpio. Yo lo aconsejaría para una pareja y dos niños, o para 3 personas porque la segunda habitación tiene una cama y otra supletoria que no queda a la misma altura de la cama principal, por lo que de cara a una pareja no es lo más idóneo.

Auxi ist ein wirklicher Sonnenschein. Sie bringt auf gutem Humor und ist ganz offen. Ihre Tipps sind sehr wertvoll gewesen. Die Wohnung ist recht lieb, das Zimmer mit Bad absolut sauber, einfach eingerichtet und unabhängig von der Wohnung. Man kann sich richtig zurückziehen. Gleich gegenüber dem Zimmer befindet sich eine großzügige Terrasse, wo man auf der Strasse blicken kann. Die gegen ist absolut perfekt, 3 min. (zu Fuß) von der Kathedrale und 2 min. (zu Fuß) von der Brücke, die Sevilla von Triana teilt. Alle Gasse und Strasse in der unmittelbare Nähe werden recht voll von Leben bis spät in der Nacht, aber in der Gasse, wo die Wohnung sich befindet hört man absolut nichts!!! Sicher empfehlenswert.
