This is a neat and cosy well planned 2 room apartment of 40 sqm located in the center of the City, 10-15 min walking distance to Stureplan (and the night clubs there), shopping areas, The National Museum and other major attractions, such as the Royal Castle and the Wasa Museum.

The apartment, fully renovated in 2007 and still fresh, is located in a charming house from the turn of the 1900's, typical of the Östermalm southern neighborhood, built during that era to satisfy the luxurious demands of the richer population of the City who then chose to settle here.

The host speaks eight languages, Swedish, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German and intermediate Russian, so chances are great that you will be able to relax in your own tongue and get tended to with answers such as: where to find extra bed sheets, which museum to visit or where are the most popular clubs, possible excursions and exhibitions in the city.

DIRECTIONS:
Drive into Central Stockholm and head towards Nybroplan. There you turn left on Sibyllegatan, second right on Riddargatan, then second on the right is Skeppargatan.

You can also take bus 52 or 69 from the City Terminal to Nybroplan and walk from there, or take the Metro to Östermalmstorg or Kungsträdgården and walk from there.

MINIMUM STAY:
The minimum stay is 3 nights, but you can always ask us if we have a gap in our booking calendar for 1 or 2 nights.

ACCOMMODATION:
The small room has a new 140x200cm IKEA bed and the large/living room has a high quality and comfortable bed sofa, 160x200cm.
The bathroom has a shower and WC with space in a cupboard for guests to put their cleaning utensils in.
Available is also a foldable baby bed, including bed linens, mattress, pillow, a small child quilt and a fun toy.

INCLUDES:
Bed sheets and linens, towels, paper towels, as well as the access to laundry, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, oven, and toaster. TV in the living room, Internet Wi-fi , DVD Player, Central Heating, and all facilities of a modern household.
