This is a comfortable two bedroom apartment with capacity to accommodate a maximum of six guests. The apartment layout consists of two master bedrooms (with a double bed), a bathroom with shower, a large living and dining room with a table for six and a kitchen. The living room has double sofa bed.
It is a very quiet ground floor.
Salamanca District is a very residential neighbourhood that retains all the charm. In it, we can find the Puerta de Alcalá, true gateway to historic Madrid City, and main streets, shops of clothing and design with many traditional restaurants. Likewise we can find the best shopping of clothes, shoes and accessories in the Goya Street.
When arriving in Madrid please phone to inform us about your arrival at least 55 minutes in advance. If coming by plane, please call once you have claimed your luggage so that our staff has time enough to go and wait for you in the apartment. In order to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect conditions, a 200 € deposit will be requested, refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper conditions. Check-in from 20:00 pm to 2:00 am must pay an extra charge of 30 €; 40€ will be paid in the check in for cleaning services.

Rabea 2.0 stars 04/03/2013We were not happy with the flat, it is located in the basement of the house, the entrance was behind the elevator and then down to the basement. And the look and smell was that of a basement-entry. The flat itself also had a bad, moldy smell. The walls are wet, which you can smell and see. Some wet stains were not to be overseen, one right nex to the bed in one of the sleeping rooms. In addition, the flat was not very clean. Apart from that, we found the equipment mentioned in the description.
We had to stay the first night there, because we had arrived in the nighttime and then we made a complaint on the next day.
The host was friendly and offered us to move in another flat, which was better. -
Beatriz 5.0 stars 12/17/2012Fantástico apartamento para hasta 6 personas es amplio, limpio, muy acogedor, como en casa y sobre todo, equipado perfectamente para una estancia agradable y cómoda en Madrid. Es un estupendo piso situado en una zona maravillosa de Madrid, muy lujosa, donde encontrarás todas las tiendas de moda posibles, bares, restaurantes, tiendas de comida para cualquier necesidad rápida y supermercados casi al lado de la puerta. Además, la comunicación en metro es inmejorable, en medio de metro Velázquez, Goya y Príncipe de Vergara. Es decir, un lugar perfecto donde disfrutar de todo lo que esta ciudad puede ofrecerte.

I talked with Elisa only by phone and she was very kind. However the lady that came to the apartment spoke only Spanish and gave us a wrong information about the baggage deposit in the nearby station, so that we had to spend 2 hours more than planned to find the right one. They ask for the credit card number as a deposit for the aprtment, even if this was not mentioned at the time of reservation.
