Duplex apartment with two bedrooms and capacity for up to 7 people. Located in a traditional building that was recently restored, with a unique courtyard that maintain the original features. The apartment is situated in the area of Triana, on the popular street of San Jacinto, which is a pedestrian street next to the river Guadalquivir and the city centre.

Triana is one of the most attractive areas of Seville characterized by its closeness to the river.

From the city centre you get to Triana by crossing the river on the bridge Isabel II, know as the Bridge of Triana. The area has a special atmosphere, a busy street life, beautiful buildings, and it is specially known for its many ceramic workshops and Flamenco schools.

Tapas lovers should not miss this area, since there are tapas bars and taverns on all streets and corners. The street Calle Betis that stretches along the river is the prefect place to enjoy a meal and a beautiful view of the city of Seville and its famous monuments such as the Cathedral and Torre del Oro.

Auxi ist ein wirklicher Sonnenschein. Sie bringt auf gutem Humor und ist ganz offen. Ihre Tipps sind sehr wertvoll gewesen. Die Wohnung ist recht lieb, das Zimmer mit Bad absolut sauber, einfach eingerichtet und unabhängig von der Wohnung. Man kann sich richtig zurückziehen. Gleich gegenüber dem Zimmer befindet sich eine großzügige Terrasse, wo man auf der Strasse blicken kann. Die gegen ist absolut perfekt, 3 min. (zu Fuß) von der Kathedrale und 2 min. (zu Fuß) von der Brücke, die Sevilla von Triana teilt. Alle Gasse und Strasse in der unmittelbare Nähe werden recht voll von Leben bis spät in der Nacht, aber in der Gasse, wo die Wohnung sich befindet hört man absolut nichts!!! Sicher empfehlenswert.
