Charming one bedroom apartment located in an unique historic building.

The building located in the city centre is known as "El Corral del Conde" and dates from the 16th Century. This typical Andalusian Courtyard house has been declared a "Historical Cultural Heritage”. The original features from the medieval era and the traditional charm of time has been preserved such as: the central paved courtyard, the fountain, the washing place, the wooden galleries, the bread oven, the chapel...

This is a peaceful and quiet place characterized by its prominent vegetation. The continuously growing plants and flowers are a very important part of the courtyard and create an environment of rest and relaxation: An oasis in the heart of Seville. Many of the residents (artists, students or tourists) rent these apartments for their special atmosphere.

The location is privileged because of its proximity to both the Commercial Area (Corte Inglés and the best brands) and the Historic centre (the Cathedral and Giralda, the Jewish Quarter and the Santa Cruz area, the University…), while staying here there is no need for a car.

El apartamento es fantástico, está en una de las mejores zonas de Sevilla, está en un punto idílico. Además si subes a la terraza de la azotea tienes la sensación de estar tocando la Giralda, por lo que aconsejo subir a ella y tomar un café mientras disfrutas de tan bellas vistas. Las casa estaba provista de todo lo necesario para vivir en ella, no echas en falta nada, por lo que es de agradecer. Si volvemos mi chico y yo, que seguro lo haremos, sin duda nos alojaremos en casa de Auxi, siempre y cuando esté disponible ;-).

Auxi ist ein wirklicher Sonnenschein. Sie bringt auf gutem Humor und ist ganz offen. Ihre Tipps sind sehr wertvoll gewesen. Die Wohnung ist recht lieb, das Zimmer mit Bad absolut sauber, einfach eingerichtet und unabhängig von der Wohnung. Man kann sich richtig zurückziehen. Gleich gegenüber dem Zimmer befindet sich eine großzügige Terrasse, wo man auf der Strasse blicken kann. Die gegen ist absolut perfekt, 3 min. (zu Fuß) von der Kathedrale und 2 min. (zu Fuß) von der Brücke, die Sevilla von Triana teilt. Alle Gasse und Strasse in der unmittelbare Nähe werden recht voll von Leben bis spät in der Nacht, aber in der Gasse, wo die Wohnung sich befindet hört man absolut nichts!!! Sicher empfehlenswert.
