Ferienzimmer Berlin Kreuzberg No.1

The room No.1 (green room) is approximately 25 square meters in size in my Berlin apartment (175sqm in total). It is a typical Berlin Enfilade Apartment of 1900 (front building 4th floor without elevator) in which I live.
Kitchen, balcony, shared bath, free parking in front of the door. Towels and linen included.
The apartment has a special charm, because it has the entire length of a 16m corridor and also in parallel with 4 rooms with double doors are connected in a straight line. It is luxuriously appointed with beautiful high quality art and design classics.
The room has two beds: a broad (140 x 200 cm), very comfortable double bed and one single bed (90 x 200 cm), radio, CD, cable TV, wardrobe, large boxes for storage of linen, etc., shelves, a working desk at the window and a chair.
In addition to the guest room is a second (guestroom No2.). The two rooms are connected by a door (normally locked if booked by different guests), so they are ideal for several people (eg parents + 2 children) or two couples.
A fast Wi-Fi network is free of charge throughout the apartment. The apartment is a Non smoking!
The kitchen, refrigerator and bath can of course be shared. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, kettle, coffee machine, etc.). Coffee and tea are available free of charge.
I`m also living in the apartment. By car you can always find a free parking place in front of the door. The host speaks English.
The apartment is not fitting for “Party”, because I make a point of a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and a respectful association.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or receive other people.
