In this area of Paris you feel the real mix of Paris, markets, shops and bistros, as if the Bastillle had decided to move a little towards the hill of Belleville.
Close to the Pere Lachaise cemetery, behind the Bastille, in the heart of the trendy 11th arrondissement, the apartment is on the first floor. He has three large windows on a quiet courtyard, completely renovated, not overlooked, wonderful in summer. Entering in the living room illuminated by two large windows you find an office corner with a library, a dining area and a kitchen separated by a bar. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped to do real good food thanks to the cult book by Paul Bocuse "the market cuisine" specially available to you. The kitchen also has a large window. On the office desk Internet and Blackberry connections, a computer screen for laptops and modern armchairs signed Stark. The library corner is equipped with a sofa bed 140 cm wide, suitable for two people and a rich library in French, German, English.
The extras?: In the kitchen beautiful old Air France dishes, in the living room a TNT television, a powerful and efficient heating. The sleeping room has a large window an equally large bed 160x210 cm, a large closet with mirrored door, another library and another 97 cm TV on the Internet. The large closed bathroom is separated. It also has a large window, a luxurious glass shower, a towel drier ...
We provide all linen, towels and bath towels, dish soap, shower gel, etc. The flat offers optimal comfort for a couple. In short a small apartment that I have arranged to be convenient and comfortable in an environment that attracts more and more of bohemian Paris.
The Marais and the Bastille, you know, it's already a bit overwhelmed. So follow the pioneers of hipness in our Tribeca, the Triangle, Oberkampf, Pere Lachaise, rue Saint-Maur, east of the Republic. Here you will find acres of greenery at the Pere Lachaise cemetery and in public parks of la Roquette, former industrial sites as 37 bis rue de Montreui, endless workers housing. You will experience the last Parisians with their usual accessories like dog, baguette and cigarette on sidewalk cafes .. You will enjoy the markets (Tuesday and Saturday Richard Lenoir Philippe Auguste Thursday) the 10 € restaurants and the famous winemaker Melac, just opposite. Remember La Friche, the well-known bookstore, gourmet food shops of the Rue de Charonne and the five bakeries within 200 meters
My favorite: the beautiful beams of the apartment which come from the barricade of Pere Lachaise, One of the fiercest spots the Paris Commune fights ...
