This apartment/studio is located in a classic construction in Prenzlauer Berg. It is a mixture of the glorious aesthetics from the past and the full modern comfort.
The apartment is located on Prenzlauer Allee, a street full of life and any kind of shops like a traditional German bakery next to the apartment, small but great in quality italian restaurant, a bio supermarket, a vegetable/fruit shop, bookstore, among much more.
Kollwitzstraße and the water tower is around the corner.
The M2 stops right in front the house taking you straight to Alexander Platz, Berlin´s most central point. You are also walking distance from Alex and from downtown, aprox 8-19 min walk. It is a fairly silent place considering all the life it has.

Sera 5.0 stars 05/06/2013This apartment is ideal for a couple who want to get about and enjoy Berlin! There are loads of great food places locally and the Prenzlauer area is fab! The apartment has all the standard basic ameneties and having wifi is a added bonus for planning out your days. Although on a main-ish road it very quiet. We loved the retro furniture and my only downpoint was how thin the curtains were - on a glorious sunny week like we had it was hard to sleep! But thats such a minor point!
Can't recommend the apartment enough! Book it!

Ann-Sofie 5.0 stars 04/28/2013Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr charmant mit einfachem Mobiliar geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ideale Lage in Szeneviertel Prenzlauer Berg wo man viele kleine Geschäfte und internationale Restaurants findet. Wenn wieder Berlin gern wieder diese Wohnung.

It also had some of it's old character with the wonderful ceiling but everything else was up to date. The bed was comfortable, very important! and we loved the location. Lots of lovely restaurants etc in the immediate vicinity and the tram stopped right outside the door.

Der Mailkontakt, sowie die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten reibungslos. Am Telefon war sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider hat sie nicht auf unsere SMS reagiert. Auch die getroffene Absprache zur "Reklamation" wurde nicht eingehalten, was aber vielleicht der Fehler des Wäschedienstes war.

It was so easy to contact Juliana via email when we had questions, and having the offices round the corner was nice too - even though there wasn't anything in the apartment that we needed help with it was reassuring having someone there! Thanks so much for a great stay!
