This apartment is located in classical Berlin apartment block from the turn of the century in the south of Prenzlauer Berg and only 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, also within walking distance are the TV tower, as well as the Dome, Unter den Linden and the Brandenburger Tor.

Restaurants, cafes, galleries and little shops create a day and nightlife atmosphere. It is one of the most popular districts in Berlin and it is one of the prettiest neighborhoods, places of interest include Helmholtzplatz, Kollwitzplatz, Mauerpark and Rykestrasse Synagogue.

The Apartment is located in a quiet front house, on the first floor, it is very light; it has a bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen a living room, a hallway and a small closet room, a balcony and a bathroom.

The apartment is very well located. The M2 tram stops in the corner in Prenzlauer allee and this is four stops from the Alexanderplatz. The M4 in the Greifswalder Straße will take you directly to the popular Hackescher Markt. The M10 in the Danziger Straße will take you directly to the Oberbaumbrücke, an historical bridge of Berlin in the socialistic period, and further to the neighborhood Kreuzberg.
