Near downtown you will be living in the best of Prenzlauer Berg! You can walk to where several attractions are located, for example Alexanderplatz and its TV tower, the Dom, Karl Max and Engel memorial and further more.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und gut geschnitten, zweckmäßig eingerichtet (IKEA) und liegt sehr ruhig im Erdgeschoss eines Hinterhofhauses. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Handtücher waren ausgefranst und fleckig, auf der Bettwäsche fanden sich Flecken und Haare. Die Küchenoberflächen waren mit einem schmierigen Film überzogen und der Backofen war lange nicht geputzt worden. Wenn man ihn anschaltete, stank es in der ganzen Wohnung nach verbranntem Käse. Störend empfanden wir auch das Fehlen von verdunkelnden Vorhängen . Die vorhandenen, halb-transparenten Rollos bieten leider keinen Sichtschutz.

The appartment was well furnished and stocked with whatever supplies needed! Great location, plenty of eating establishment and a supermarket right around the corner.

Die Whg. ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass auch ein längerer Aufenthalt möglich ist (u.a. vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und -eisen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Brötchenwärmer, Mikrowelle, Fön). Sie liegt auch ruhig im Hinterhof.
Ein Riesenproblem ist die Parksituation: nur Anwohnerparken möglich oder ab 8.00 bis 24.00 Uhr kostenpflichtig (1€ pro Std.). Trotzdem sind Parkplätze absolute Mangelware!
Die Lage ist super: überall Restaurants und Geschäfte in Laufnähe!
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, die Tramhaltestelle ist ein Block entfernt, in max 10 Min. ist man am Alexanderplatz.

Der Mailkontakt, sowie die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten reibungslos. Am Telefon war sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider hat sie nicht auf unsere SMS reagiert. Auch die getroffene Absprache zur "Reklamation" wurde nicht eingehalten, was aber vielleicht der Fehler des Wäschedienstes war.

It was so easy to contact Juliana via email when we had questions, and having the offices round the corner was nice too - even though there wasn't anything in the apartment that we needed help with it was reassuring having someone there! Thanks so much for a great stay!
