We'd love to welcome you to Berlin.

This is a newly refurbished apartment in 2011 in central Prenzlauer Berg bordering downtown Berlin.
The apartment is in walking distance from the city Center, hast the tram in the front door (it is very silent since it is located on the garden house) and very close to other public transportation
(subway, tram, bus,).

You can walk to where several attractions are located, for example Alexander platz and its TV tower, the Dom, Karl Max and Engel memorial and further more.

This sunny flat has a fully equipped Kitchen, a living room, an entrance hallway, and bathroom with bathtub and one well peaceful bedroom.

There is a bakery downstairs, several restaurants and grocery
stores only some streets away. Pharmacy, bank, coffee-shop and
more supermarkets are also very near in the neighborhood. You will find Prenzlauer Berg fascinating.

ACCESSIBILITY:
The apartment is on the 4th floor located in
an old traditional area of Berlin,
where the buildings don't have elevators and
therefore is not suitable for wheelchair users
or guests with mobility problems.

If you wish to meet outside of these hours or directly at the apartment there will be a service charge of €20.00 to pay for the personal delivery of the key. Please contact us specifically and let us know if you wish to meet directly at the apartment and/or outside of our office hours.
