The Apartment is located on Prenzlauer Allee in the great district of Prenzlauer Berg. In a walking distance you have the best features of Berlin plus great public transportation - from a tram to metro (U and S bahn) to many boutiques, historic places, international restaurants, shops, bike rentals and much more . . .
The apartment is fully furnished. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, a toaster, a teapot, and a coffee machine as well as several glass', tee and coffe cups, plates and other cutlery you need. In the apartment you will also find a washing machine, a big bed for two. For two more guests there are two seperate extra beds. The maximum capacity of the apartment are 4 people. The apartment is located on the fourth floor.
Free Internet wi-fi (w-lan) is also in the apartment and can be used.

If you wish to meet outside of these hours or directly at the apartment there will be a service charge of €20.00 to pay for the personal delivery of the key. Please contact us specifically and let us know if you wish to meet directly at the apartment and/or outside of our office hours.

flo 2.0 stars 10/23/2012We were very dissapointed since we learned in the last minute that the flat was located in the 4th floor without elevator.
The owner NEVER told us about this and she did not even explain it in the description of the apartment: I find that this information is VITAL for guests (moreover if you travel with three small children, buggy, etc..)
The apartment was OK, some cleaning details were not attended: the oven was dirty, the coffee machine had the filter on with old coffee and funghi, terrible!
In the middle of our stay someone took the baby cot away from the apartment, there was not much explanation but luckily the problem was solved fairly quickly and they brought another baby cot (although my husband was the one who had to bring it upstais 4 FLOORS!!!) Not good at all! -

The best place I have rented in Berlin. All good really. These guys are a property letting company and everything is as advertised. Location, space etc is cool. Good WiFi definitely came in handy. One word of note, four flights of stairs might be an issue for some. Not sure if it was advertised.

Lars 4.0 stars 07/16/2012Da vi ankom var vores lejlighed udlejet til nogen andre og vi måtte vente 3 timer på at få en anden dog var der en i samme ejendom. efter 3 dage skulle vi flytte ind i den originale lejlighed vi havde lejet så der var noget spild tid med at vente og flytte. Ud over dette var det nogen gode og fine lejligheder og området er fantastisk.

Der Mailkontakt, sowie die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierten reibungslos. Am Telefon war sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider hat sie nicht auf unsere SMS reagiert. Auch die getroffene Absprache zur "Reklamation" wurde nicht eingehalten, was aber vielleicht der Fehler des Wäschedienstes war.
