We really appreciated the host's booking us a taxi to and from the airport. Advance communication seemed good, but we were surprised to be asked for a security deposit when we arrived, as we thought that 9flats covered that for the host. The host did make an effort by e-mail to deal with our complaints, but as our stay was short there wasn't much to be done.
