After a short walk through the neighborhood, you will reach the 1920s building designed by Bauhaus architect Marx Taut, as well as the riverside walkway of Rummelsburger lake. Treat yourself to a cappuccino by the water’s edge and forget the turbulent life of the capital city for a few minutes.

Wolfgang 5.0 stars 02/22/2013Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und ist dennoch nahe an dem Friedrichshainer Kiez - nur zwei S-Bahn-Stationen. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall ein Platz, den man sich merken kann.

Die Wohnung war an sich wie beschrieben. Allerdings sollte man in die Beschreibung das Badezimmer mit aufnehmen.
Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung super, nur Kleinigkeiten, die den jeweils letzten Stern verhindern. Es fehlt ein zweiter Haken im Bad, der Duschkopf ist ziemlich verkalkt, im Herd fehlt ein Knopf und die gesamte Sauberkeit ist nicht so super, wobei ich da eine sehr hohe Messlatte habe. Die Ausstattung reicht, wenn man dort nur schlafen möchte.
Alles in Allem ist diese Unterkunft und der Gastgeber zu empfehlen. Es gibt Parkplätze in der Straße und der S-Bahnhof Nödnerplatz ist nicht weit weg. Von dort aus, kommt man schnell zum Alex, oder zum Bahnhof Zoo und zum HBF.
Ich würde wieder kommen und empfehle diese Unterkunft daher auf jeden Fall! -
