The Chueca Apartment offers comfort and coolness in the heart of Madrid, in the chic neighbourhood of Chueca. This central area is perfect for exploring the Spanish capital and is close to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, the Retiro Park and more. The triad of the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen Bornemisza Museums are also fairly closeThe apartment sleeps up to five people and has a double room and a single room. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower. The living/dining room also includes a kitchen corner. There is a table and five chairs and a flat screen TV in this room.
4TH FLOOR WITHOUT LIFT
When arriving in Madrid please phone to inform us about your arrival at least 55 minutes in advance. If coming by plane, please call once you have claimed your luggage so that our staff has time enough to go and wait for you in the apartment. In order to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect conditions, a 200 € deposit will be requested, refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper conditions. Check-in from 20:00 pm to 2:00 am must pay an extra charge of 40€ will be charged for cleaning services.

Beatriz 4.0 stars 11/28/2012Piso cómodo y totalmente equipado, puede ser ocupado por hasta 4 personas. Aunque no posee ascensor cuenta con una fantástica situación en esta fantástica ciudad. Ubicada justo en chueca, tienes bares, restaurantes, pequeñas tiendas para comprar a cualquier hora y cerca encontrarás supermercados. Además, a 15 minutos caminando tendrás la estación de sol, el lugar que toda persona de fuera de Madrid debe conocer. Es decir,un lugar donde cumplir con tus expectativas y donde todo lo que debes visitar, está cerca.

I talked with Elisa only by phone and she was very kind. However the lady that came to the apartment spoke only Spanish and gave us a wrong information about the baggage deposit in the nearby station, so that we had to spend 2 hours more than planned to find the right one. They ask for the credit card number as a deposit for the aprtment, even if this was not mentioned at the time of reservation.
