Location is unbeatable: 2 large french balconies facing the popular CHUECA square (Plaza Chueca), totally central, just 5 min walk to SOL and GRAN VIA. Metro station is right at the entrance, but you barely need it, because you can walk everywhere.

Inside, ceilings are 3,3 m high and the colour of walls and wooden floor is white, which gives a great sensation of airiness and brightness. Two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ensuite, and a vintage style sofa bed for 2 people.

The open plan bright living room is furnished with a dining central table with 4 Eiffel chairs, 2 french style armchairs, one double bed sofa, one barroque armchair and bookcase. TV, DVD player and WI-FI Internet provided. A fine art photograph of Nepal and circled white glass lamps decorate the room.

The master bedroom, separated by a large sliding door, has a double bed, one bertoira design chair, a vintage sytle mirror and a modern closet. A glass wall decorated with a large photograph of Myanmar, gives privacy to the ensuite bathroom, with stainless walls and a squared sink.

Two 3 m high balconies overlook the square. Equipped with the best double glazing isolation, plus the original wooden shutters, assures a quiet stay on this popular area.

Spacious kitchen with fridge freezer, 3 ring induction cooktop, central table + 4 chairs, microwave, dishwasher, and washer. The rounded mirror and glass lamps were purchased from a design store.

Next to the kitchen, and opposite the balconies area, there is an extra separated bedroom with its own bathroom, double bed (1.5m x 2.00m), a spacious wardrobe, and a desk. Walls decorated with black and white fine art photographs from India.

These features and its location, place this elegant apartment among the most convenient.

ABOUT THE AREA

With Chueca Square as the epicentre, neighbourhood Chueca has probably become the most frequented area in Madrid over the last years.

Discover both modern spanish and world cuisine restaurants, as well as a shopping district with trendy cool stores (like Fuencarral pedestrian street). Sunny sidewalk cafes and rooftop bars are places to see and be seen, with fashionable people, or just anybody interested in the vibe of this unique and cosmopolitan spot. For sure, a place to have a drink at night.

Young entrepreneurs run small modern bakeries, hairdressers, clothing boutiques, bookstores, cafes...with lots of character. Find also big supermarkets (Opencor, Dia...) or the remarkable Mercado de San Anton, with its penthouse restaurant.
