Second room with couch to sleep, plus mattress for 4th person.
Bath is directly over the floor (With bath tub)
Sometimes there is somebody else in a 3rd room, but only some weekend.
No other persons living in the roof.
Parking on the street in front of the house
Tram 5 minutes away (15-20 to inner city of cassel)
VERY quiet
4 cats in the house, no dogs aloud

Zimmer wie beschrieben, Regional- und Straßenbahn ins Zentrum in der Nähe; Apotheke, Tankstelle, Sparkasse, Pizzeria, Frühstückscafé und Rewe (derzeit bis 24 Uhr geöffnet) in wenigen Laufminuten zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage, der Gastgeber angenehm zurückhaltend, aber bei Problemen immer offen und hilfsbereit. Lockere Atmosphäre - besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Danke!

A quiet, super comfortable, clean and an overall beautiful home with garden and private rooms. It was perfect for Documenta especially if you're going by car although trams are also nearby. A deal that's hard to beat.
