Heike 4.0 stars 04/04/2012The flat is very central.In the middle of the old town,a pedestrian zone,near „Sta Maria del Mar“Only 5 Minutes to Metro “Jaume1.”or to busstation “Pla del Palau”
The house is old.You have to go up 59 steps in a small stairwell.A little problem with a heavy case.The flat is exactly like on the photos.It is clean and nice.In the bathroom it smells bad.We let the windows open and sprayed often with parfumed spray.You cannot stop it,even by closing every outflow opening.The bathroom is clean.It is a problem of Barcelona.Even though the flat is in the middle of the oldtown it is very quiet.

I did not see Maxi. We had only email contact, but he answered fast when I had a question.
Our flight back was very late. But we did not have to leave at 12.00 o'clock. Maxi allowed us to stay till the late evening - thank you for that.
Maxi did his best to make an old house looking nice. Many things in his flat are new. It looks like renovated.
The smell of the canalisation is not his fault, it is a problem of the old town and of Barcelona.
