Stay in a exclusive and full renovated arquitect's loft located in a charming and quiet pedestrian street that gains access to PLAZA MAYOR, Madrid's most emblematic plaza, with 2 large french balconies overlooking this XVII century's quartet.

Location is truly enviable!. The area was closest to the court, and is called "Madrid de los Austrias" (refering to the Austrian royal dinasty), with stone paved charming passages, elegant palaces and plazas. Today, find the heart of the city in Plaza Mayor: culture events, best restaurants, sidewalk cafés and shopping area. Forget about transportation, you are just a short walk away to lively La Latina, Royal Palace, Opera, Sol, and Gran Vía. Also taste gourmet tapas just right on the corner, in the remarkable Mercado de San Miguel, of modernist style.

Inside, ceilings are 3,6 m high which gives a great sensation of airness and all-day-long luminosity. Brand new refurbished in August 2011, is fully equipped with a fine and simplistic design, careful elegant lighting, and fine art large size photos on the wall. Raw materials are enhanced: like the 150 years old wooden beams and door and oak floor. The outlook is that of a simply tasteful place.

The place is convinient for longer stays, due to its unbeatable location (main central hub "Sol" is just down the street), complete houseware, plenty of space to invite friends, cook, eat and work at home with Internet Wi Fi provided. 200 euros for deposit are compulsory, to be returned on check out.
