In the seaside resort of Tirrenia, only 8 km from Pisa (less than 10 minutes by car), there is this nice apartment with independent access and surrounded by pine forest only 200 meters from the sea. The apartment is located right in front of it to access (100 m) to one of the only beaches on the coast of Pisa. Access is from the private garden with BBQ and children's playground (football goal). The flat has a living area with living room, kitchen with adjoining utility room / laundry room, toilet and a shower. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom and a room where there is a double bed equipped for children. The apartment has a parking space in the garden (which is very important especially in summer when it is almost impossible to find parking).

Sito a pochi passi dal centro di Tirrenia, l'appartamento dista 100 metri dal mare (sia stabilimenti balneari sia la spiaggia libera) ed è dotato di posto auto privato oltre che di grazioso giardino dotato di barbecue, tavolo e sedie.
All'interno troviamo una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con due letti per bambini e nel soggiorno un divano letto con ulteriori due posti letto, armadiature varie e bagno con doccia.
La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, frigo, piccolo forno ed accessori vari.
Riscaldamento autonomo, tv e possibilità di internet wi-fi.
Per gli amanti della vita all'aria aperta, splendida pineta a pochi metri.

Fantastische ruhige Lage, Seitenstrasse im Pinienwald. Nur wenige Schritte bis zur Bushaltestelle und zu den Dünen, durch die man zum freien, kostenlosen Strand gelangt. Eigener Eingang und Gartenbereich. Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt nur 700 m am Ende der Strasse. Ideal zum Ausspannen, für Strandurlaub, mit dem einen oder anderen Ausflug.
