Sunny and spacious design apartment in the center of Berlin.

The apartment is charming, in a typical Berlin house with high ceilings, original stucco patterns and wooden floors. It has a nice balcony facing huge trees.

Located in a favoured and lively residential area in the center of Berlin with everything around: Just walk out the door and you will find nice cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, playgrounds and a farmersmarket twice a week. Important museums, galleries and the Tiergarten is nearby.

We carefully renovated the space. It is furnished it in a modern and individual style. There is a livingroom, one bedroom, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and many space in between. The livingroom includes a big sofa (very comfortable to sleep), a table for 6 persons, TV, bookshelves, etc.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 cm), working table, shelves, etc. An additional air-bed (130 cm) is available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine.

Wi-Fi is available in the whole flat.
