Located in the beautiful district of Born, it is ideal for beach and cultural holidays. 2 minutes walk from the harbor, 10 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro.
The building is about 200 years old and was originally inhabited by fishermen.

You enter the duplex attic through a very narrow building entrance and narrow staircase.
The small bedroom you can reach from the living room through another small flight of stairs. The bedroom features a 140x200cm bed with a thick, comfortable mattress - perfect for couples.
The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a small fridge, plates, pans and so on.
The only access to the roof terrace is through the window of the bedroom! The roof terrace and the lower balcony are beautifully landscaped with tropical and subtropical trees and shrubs. On weekdays both, balcony and terrace get some traffic noise from the nearby Via Laietana.
The small bathroom has a shower. The ceiling in the shower is only about 1.90 meters high, which for very large people can be uncomfortable.

Deposit: I ask for a deposit of 300 € in cash. Please bring this deposit at the handover of the keys to Barcelona. The money will be returned in cash when the key is handed back.
