Pure Berlin - bright room with Berlin charme

Hi there,
I can offer you a comfortably (14sm) guest room in my apartment (100sm) in an old Berlin-building. All rooms are individually and lovingly decorated - furnished in Berlin-style. You can use the clean bathroom (with bathtub) and the welcoming kitchen, electric*, wifi/telephone (germany), towels&sheets. There is everything you need.
You will share this place with me - 31 year old freelancer (B.A. of Communication for Business and Society), the quite cat "Moe" an other friendly guests at time.

The flat is located next to ostkreuz and boxhagenerstraße, where you will find a lot artists in the galleries around the corner. Next to your "holiday-home" are different cultures on the streets, clubs and bars for all tastes, shopping-areas and very good travel connections to the sightseeing places.
Please ask for a individual point of time of arrival and departure.
