The apartment is located on a beautiful street with a boulevard full of terraces where to take a snack or a cup of cofee, a few meters from the beautiful Retiro Park. It has one bedroom with two single beds and a large cupboard, lounge with sofa bed, open kitchen with a small breakfast bar, dining room and bathroom.
The neighborhood, one of the best in Madrid, is full of good restaurants and tapas bars, trendy shops, cinemas ... and everything you need for spend a few days of relaxation and leisure.
The Retiro Park, a jewel of natural artistic heritage of the city and witnessed the history of the monarchy, is an emblem of Madrid and is a must visit for tourists.
In order to ensure the return of the house in perfect condition, a deposit of € 200 is requested, refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper condition. Entries from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. to pay an extra charge of 30 €

Valentina 2.0 stars 05/20/2013I talked with Elisa only by phone and she was very kind. However the lady that came to the apartment spoke only Spanish and gave us a wrong information about the baggage deposit in the nearby station, so that we had to spend 2 hours more than planned to find the right one. They ask for the credit card number as a deposit for the aprtment, even if this was not mentioned at the time of reservation.
