About the house:
The house located at new building above the water on the 6th floor in nice, cozy, sun lights and children friendly area on west side Amsterdam. You will use one private room with bed that can use for two person and have direct access to shared toilet and shower. There are also air mattresses for 1 and 2 persons.
You will have your own front door key and a key room, upon entering the apartment you will enter your room directly without passing any other rooms and your privacy won't be disturbed. Shower and toilet are next to your room.
It has kitchen, two toilets, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, hair dryer, cable TV, free parking garage, photography books, bathtub, some orchid flowers and all of them accessible to disabilities.
About the location:
Within 3-4 minutes walking distance you will find bus stop for direct transportation from and to Schiphol Airport and also to Amsterdam Central Station. The bus roll every 10-15 minutes. Within 5-6 minutes walking distance you will find supermarkets, bank, post office, bar and park. Less then 15 minutes travelling with Trams, you will be in Amsterdam City Center.

About the transportation:
You may use OV chip card, the transportation card that used widely in Amsterdam and all Holland. Using this card is cheaper than to buy 1 hour card at bus.

Jose 5.0 stars 09/06/2012The place is very well organized and totaly modern. The room has its own access to the bathroom, which was very comfortable. We were free to use the kichen, so we cooked once.
The neibourhood is very safe and family freindly. Transport as well was easy but it is better not to stay very late, i mean after 1am. -

До центра города 15 мин. на автобусе, остановка и магазины рядом.Кроме того, нам дали карточки - проездные, что также было очень удобно. Мы абсолютно довольны и хозяевами и квартирой. Всем рекомендую однозначно

Arif war sehr nett und hat uns bei unserer ankunft auch erstmal bekocht. Ansich ein sehr netter Mann den wir auch alles fragen konnten wenn wir irgendwo hin wollten hatte er uns eine gute wegbeschreibung gegeben. Auch hier im großen ganzen war alles super.

Arif is a very sincere, nice and cultivated persone, it was realy great knowing and discussing with him about many things. he was very helpful and he gave us many advices about Amsterdam. We highly recommend him.

К сожалению, Ариф был в отъезде во время нашего посещения Амстердама. Однако, он организовал все так замечательно, что мы чувствовали себя отлично. Нас встретили, все показали и рассказали, а также приготовили к нашему приезду отличный индонезийский ужин и много продуктов для завтраков.
