The accomodation includes the first floor, with basement of a building on a quiet street. The windows overlook the street and a private garden area with flowers, gardens and benches.
At 200 meters the 135th Street Metro station (lines 2 and 3) that reaches Times Square in 15 minutes.
The flat is within walking distance from the prestigious Columbia University, the famous Apollo Theater, the offices of Bill Clinton, markets, shops, the new trendy places, restaurants, cooking "soul" ...

Living room with sofa bed, wi-fi, TV, DVD, stereo, table, chairs, bookshelves, kitchen complete with fridge and freezer, microwave, stove and gas oven, kettle, toaster, Italian and American coffee maker, dishes & cutlery, fan.
Bathroom with bath / shower and toilet.

The spiral staircase leads to the "basement":
