Centraly located, spacious, contemporary 1 bedroom apartment on the third floor of a modern development. Located in a quiet street within a sought after area. Entrance hall leading to large living room with access to balcony, modern kitchen and bathroom, large bedroom with office area, suitable for both professionals and those seeking a quiet getaway.

Neighbourhood and Location:
Located within city centre, only 2 minutes walk from nearest tram stop giving easy access to all amenities in Amsterdam. 5-7 minutes walk from Heineken museum, Rijksmuseum and floating flower market. 10-12 minutes walk from Leideseplein, Rembrandtplein and Van Gough museum (Museum district).

Note:
Smoking is permitted (preferably in balcony). Parking available (metered, no charge on sunday). Bed linen and towels provided. Supermarket only 5-7 minutes walk. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair access.

Check in/out:
Late Check in (after 21:00) at additional fee EUR 30 payable at check in. No check in after 22:30.
Late Check out is available dependant on availability for fee EUR 50 payable at check in.
